mine gets dirty as hell i hate the dirt in the linning, however i would leave it

 

yep i left those vinyl thingy on.. according to my dealer they're like clear bra meant to protect ur car from rock chips cuz of the way it's protruding outwards.. why would u want to remove it. just leave them alone

 

Leave them on.

I just had my driver's side replaced after a rock or something kicked up and gouged it. Cheap to replace it, and the paint underneath was fine.

 

If you take them off you will get rock chips and paint damage to that area. THer were put their to protect the body from rock chips and road debirs from scratching/damaging the paint. That paticular area is subject to high debris/rock chips due to the fabalous aerodynamics of the car.

 

Good thing i saw this thread. I was going to take mines out on wednesday while washing my car.

 

wow so noob. they're there to protect from rock chips that get kicked up by the front wheels or other cars.

 

Left mine on. I figured they were for protection.
