Window Alignment off?

Anyone else think either of the driver or passenger windows are off track slightly. Recently when I roll up the driver window, it make a quite thud at the top, sounds like its missing the grove ever so slightly and banging against whatever when it reaches the top. Anyone delt with this before or heard of it? Otherwise it's off to the dealership to see fix it under warranty.

roll both the passenger and drivers window down and hold for 15 seconds, then roll it up all the way up and hold for 15 seconds... should do the trick
