Seat Heaters

I like my seat heaters but I wish they were like my Silverado truck. On it they heat your lower back and bottom and you can just turn on the lower back part.
Maybe I'm getting old but I would like the lower back heater on my Infiniti!

If I'm putting on the heated seats it's because I'm freezing and I want the whole seat cold; I'm not really sure why I would want only one part of the seat cold...

Heated steering wheel or air conditioned seats would definitely be more useful, imo.

The seat heaters in the GEE seem to switch off by themselves after a short while. The switch is still on but the heat goes away. Is that what they are supposed to do?

My 2001 X5 had it. I was hoping by now it would be the norm in luxury cars, eh. It's really the only thing I miss about that thing, lol. I guess it was fun driving around in the neighborhood park scaring small children too, but that's besides the point.

imo, these are some good seats; they heat up much quicker then my Acura's ever did. However the upper back and the leg extensions should also have heat, I have noticed that only the bottom, side bolsters and lower back heat up.

I agree about the cooled seats, my boy has a 2000 lincoln that has cooled seats. WTF, a lincoln is more hooked up then our infiniti's somethin is up.

for the question about the seats seeming to "turn off" they do that for safety reasons so the seat does not get too hot, like the range (no offense)---or at least this was the case in my Acura
