I tried to search for this topic because I know it was brought up a while back, but I couldn't find it again. Has anyone figured out how to make the headlights turn on when you unlock the car with the keyfob? It would really be nice to be able to walk through a dark parking lot late at night and turn your headlights on from 40ft away. I tried leaving the headlights on when I get out of the car, but that didn't do it. Is it even possible?

 

Maybe if your headlight switch is left in the ON position it will come on when you unlock the car? If you leave it in the ON position the car will complain to you (beeeeeeeep) when you open the door to get out, but it should go off by itself after awhile. I've never tried this though, just speculating!
