I just got my LED bulbs in today, all excited to install them. All the bulbs I wanted were there...until I installed 2 of them. One was not even COOL white like I ordered and was warm white instead, and the other didn't even work, it was like I had to push it in extremely hard to get it to light for a second. Both were 5LEDs and were gonna go on my license plate. That was actually the most important to me, now I have to wait for them to exchange it....waiting all over again....

 

they have really good customer service!
i got mine replaced right away in a couple days!
i wouldnt say superbrightleds are bad, i really like them!

I'm going to be sending it in tomorrow hopefully I'll have them soon. Is there anything I can do to maybe fix the LED that doesnt work? I mean if it shines light if I push real hard then it must be something inside or I'm completely making something up.
