I replied to your PM on this, but no I didn't, mix up at the stealership meant it didn't get looked at on Saturday. Keep us informed on if this fixes the problem, definitely sounds right, I just hope it doesn't reappear later on down the road. I remember the G35C used to have burnt out window motor problems.

So Orbie there's good news and bad news.

Good news: The window pop is fixed the 'window regulator' was replaced.

Bad news: The job took them almost 3 hours and they scratched my driver side tint up really bad in the process. Apparently they use equipment that needs to grip the windows pretty roughly. Allegedly they say the glass is not scratched and just the tint. Long story short I have to set up a tint appointment to re-tint my driver side window and the tint guys are billing my dealership for it of course. The G is an annoying car to tint because of the 1 inch window roll-up behaviour it forces them to invert a flap in the gap int he window to tint it properly to the bottom and 3-4 days later I gotta take it in for them to flip that flap back out!! What a headache just to fix a window pop.
