Garage Dust

It seems that a lot of dust/dirt accumulates on my car even though i park it in a garage. Is there a way to get rid of it (without complete rinse/wash)? I cant imagine driving around with dust all over the car is great for the paint.

i've done that but then i started to worry it would swirl/scratch paint. Plus, the 1 or 2 times ive done it, the MFs i have dont do anything but move the dust around.. its like trying to clean up a liquid spill with a broom.

Dust won't hurt a thing... Just leave it unless you are using a QD with MF.

Also tried QD With MF.. again, just spreads the dust around.

Exactly, this is what the California Car Duster was made for! I can keep my car looking just washed/waxed for a long time between washes with this thing. The dirtier the duster gets the better it works. I usually buy a new one once a year though as I dust like a maniac, pretty much once in the morning before I head out to work and once in the evening when I'm coming home. You'd be surprised how fast dust can accumulate just by sitting around in a garage. Keep in mind to only use this thing for dust, if your car is actually dirty, wash it otherwise you'll probably end up scratching your paint.

The California Duster haters will arrive in 1...2...3... seconds.

I personally love the thing. Although I do think it does make slight swirl marks easily removable with a simple wax/polish.

You can find it at any auto parts store. I got mine at Pep Boys though.
