hid fogs? to bright?

i was thinkin about gettin hid fogs but i wanted to know if it would be to blinding

I put the 4300's in mine, they're straight, they match decent.. Definitly lights up the road..

alright now i just have to figure out how to change it and find a color i like i want like some 2500k pure yellow also i read in another thread earlier today that replacing the fogs with hids damages the housing due to heat

I haven't had a problem yet.. They run cooler, its like have a florescent light compare to a regular bulb, you can touch a florescent tube when its on without burning yourself..
