Head Room In Front Seat

Help. Thinking about buying a G37S. Just so happened that today someone I know pulled up in there new G37S. Very random. I had no idea they were even buying a new car and they happen to buy the one I might buy. Anyway I sat in the car and barely fit head room wise. I could not seem to get the seat any lower but it seems like maybe something was not quite set right. I am a fairly large frame man but only 510 so not extra tall. Can other drives please describe how well you fit in the car? As much as I want this car if my head is always scraping the roof I will not want the car for very long.

im 6'3" and i scrape if my seats forward so if you put your seat back and recline it a little bit you angle your body just so you can reach the steering wheel and you can drive but the car has many blindspots so if your checking your mirrors just move your body forward its a pretty comfy car

I'm 6 foot with a long torso and barely have enough headroom. If the opening for the sunroof wasn't exactly where it is, I could not sit comfortably in the drivers seat. But, seat all the way down and inclined a bit and I can scrape by - literally, I'm always rubbing up against the sunroof opening

The seats lower quite a bit and the controls are tricky. I'm 6' 2 280lbs. One of the reason I like this car is it's comfy seating and driving. I also drive with the seat reclined more and forward slightly. Steering wheel all the way in.

I'm 6'1", and very muscular (not fat). LOL. I have a G37S with moonroof. I put my seat to the lowest and reclined. I probably cannot wear a helmet when I'm in the car. Got about 3-5 inches of headroom, depending if I lay back or sit up.
My most concern was not fitting my "muscular" a$$ in the sport seats.
So far, no problem for me. I fit fine and comfortably.

There is a thread somewhere on here about an easy fix to get the seat lower. Involves backing off a nut under the seat or something. Too lazy to search for it right now.

I'm 5'9" and have never had problems fitting in any car (even with the sunroof closed). Then again, my hair is down to the 2 guard on the barber's clippers which helps with head clearance. Sitting in the G is no problems whatsoever.

I sit a little closer since I prefer to have the knee bent / left foot pivot on the ground when I shift. When I drive an auto, I am a little further back (ie slightly more reclined with the seat and seat a little further back). Guess my legs aren't that long and it helps the person sitting behind me in the G with legroom ... haha.

6'3" - plenty of headroom. Seat kind of hurts my hips though. Brand new car - Needs time to adjust to by scrawny butt....

The secret

I am 6' 2" 210 and I have excellent headroom and leg room. The secret is to not order the sunroof. It subtracts 1.5" of headroom and adds 100 pounds to the car.

Back in December there was a thread on this. There was a link to the G35 forum referring to a mod on the rear seat bolts. The G37 did do using the front mounting bolts. As I recall about an inch was gained.
