If it's this easy, why doesn't Infiniti set it up this way to begin with??

I'm bummed. Sure could use an extra half inch
6'0" and I lack the headroom I want (depends upon your particular body type too - I find that I'm as tall sitting as people 6'2" or 6'3"). I prefer to drive sitting upright, and can't do it because of the lack of headroom. It's annoyed me enough that I can't wait for the FX50 so that I can trade it in. Anyhow, if you don't mind driving leaning back, then it may work for you. Also, you can't get the premium package without the sunroof, so keep that in mind as well. Good luck.
7' 4" and i have to hunker over the steering wheel to drive this car. my back aches every time i drive for more than 15 minutes. on sunny days though, i can retract the sunroof and let the top of my head stick out of the car and sit up...my eyes are barely below the headliner but i can see out the front just fine.
just kidding. 5'11" and i have the seat reclined back and the rear of the seat as low as possible and i fit fine.

I'm 6'6" and I fit fine now. I did have to tilt my seat back a little as well, but I got used to that pretty quickly.
