Replacing Reverse lights with LEDs

HERE, the poster says to replace the reverse lights with:

194 168 W5W 2825 SMT Tower III from autolumination.com

Im making an order from superbrightleds.com for all my other replacements (map, door, license, trunk) and I want to make one big order so i want to know if i can replace the reverse lights with these:

http://www.superbrightleds.com/mini-wedge.html#921/912

The stock reverse lights are "921" bulbs, and on the link above, at the bottom, it says "Replaces: 194, 921, 922..."

Anyone know one way for sure?

The 921x12 is the exact one I used. It fits but it is kind of loose, so I had to secure them with some medical tape. I'm thinking the 921x9 would fit better and more securely. If you use the 921x9, let us know if it is a snug fit.

The only differences between those two lights as far as I can see, is that according to superbrightleds.com (and I'm doing this from memory from my blackberry) is that the 921x9 is .05 inches longer (which I'm assuming is the reason your hoping it'll be tighter) and it is a "narrow viewing angle" bulb (as opposed to a "wide" viewing angle)

Foresee any problems there?

Anyone seen the reverse lights in the Cadillac CTS/DTS? They are very nice. I've been searching around looking for the bulbs and/or LED's that GM uses.

No luck yet.

I ordered 2 super white vanity bulbs from autolumination and they do not match, I asked for an exchange and they told me to buy another one. Does that sound right to you?

Yes you have to yank, but be careful bro. I scratched my bumper on the first light I did.

I'm thinking the WLED-WHP would also fit because I put the Wledx5 back there at first and those fit perfectly, but were not as bright as the 921x12. The WLED-WHP are super bright and nice, I have one in my trunk.
