debadging g37 emblems

hey guys sorry but im a douche bag and need to make sure before i debadge. i was wondering if its ok to pour 91% or 70% rubbing alcohol as a adhesive softner? also can i just pour the alcohol on my badges and take them off with a card or floss or whatever? i dont wanna scratch the paint so after i take off the badges and the glue is leftover can i just put alcohol on it and rub it with cloth or my fingers? lmk please i dont wanna go look for goo gone and **** since its gonna rain soon thanks lol i know my post is a lil nonsense but im trying to get the answer and go back to bed so i can do it when i wake up thanks again pz love<3 bob marley

Its soo much less of a hassle to get a lil goo gone or some type of adhesive remover... IMO alcohol dont work...

And just heat it with a hairdryer and the badges will come off... then use goo gone etc....
