Thumbs down V-leds customers

On Sunday the 24th I purchased $50 dollars worth of led bulbs from vleds.com On thier website they claim that they strive to get orders out the next day when orders are made on Sundays. Today is the 10th and the bulbs have not arrived. It has been 15 days!!!!! Has anyone else had a similar experience with this company?

Odd they haven't e-mailed you or something.. Did the payment show up on your credit card? Maybe you entered an incorrect number and they never could process your order.. Still they should have contacted you or vice versa. They sound like a reputable company from the above posts. GL.

I emailed them several times. They said that the "tracking number'' given is just a confirmation number. He said that do to the amount of business they do they do not offer tracking numbers, although they say that you can track your item in your account. The guy replied to my emails and said that if the items arent received within 15 days let him know, and he will try to work something out. I think the company just waited to ship my bulbs out because they were on backorder, but it would have been nice if they told me like they stated on their website. Im a little upset.

I'm a new member and just traded my 05 g35 for a new g37--amazing difference--i've got a question about bulbs--is there a way to change the fog light bulbs to get them to look like the head lights without doing any damage to the wiring?

4300k temp sylvanias or piaas work pretty well. also, changing the city lights helps change the look.

I replaced my fog lights with the MTEC 4350K Extreme White which seems to do the job. There is no wiring modification necessary. They match prefectly, accept there is still a tint of yellow light because I have not changed out those stupid city lights due to my v-leds problem. Speedracerg35 was a lot of help. I followed his advice and everything went pretty well, accept for the fact that I dont have my bulbs. I was a little concerned when he said that the leds didnt sit perfectly where the old halogen bulb was. Speedracer, have you seen any problems due to road vibrations yet?

I too have had problems with them in the past. Once I brought it to their attention, they fixed it right away though. I guess accidents do happen.

What bulb size do the "City Lights" take? Any recommendations on which brand or company to get it from?
