I am looking in the service manual and I cant find it.

should be easy enough, screw the manual go look at the car. look behind the carpet probably just a few bolts

 

I tried that. I removed the boldts but something else is holding them in there. I dont want to pull too hard and break something.
I did find it in the service manual finally but it does not say that you need to pull hard or what to do.

 

make sure the threads on the bolts aren't catching on the metal when you pull. that usually seems to be the problem on some cars when taking them off

 

three nuts and 2 nipples (haha very funny).. remove the three nuts and pull, just did it today to remove my bumper. i believe they're 8mm nuts.
