Heated seats

does the heated seats suppose to be warm in the back also? it's my first time with heated seats option so. it seems like the back part gets pretty warm on "high" but butt(bottom) area seems mild? is it suppose to be like this?

on low setting i barely feel those seats.. on high it eventualy gets warm on the bottom. I'd like to think there is a problem because low is useless right now. I've heard from others on this board there is a problem..
