Not really sure where to post on this forum but hopefully this will get me some answers here. I am looking to replace the factory radio with a double din radio equipped with Apple CarPlay. I do not have navigation hence why I want a radio with CarPlay. However, I noticed most of the compatible radios include backup cam kit. I am trying to figure out if there any CarPlay radios that can be installed and I can keep my factory backup camera to connect to it. Id preferred to eliminate a lot of grunt work if possible. Otherwise, if there are no options, what do I need to purchase to make to my backup cam compatible and functional with new radio? Thanks in Advance!

I'd suggest looking up an outfit like crutchfield.com and get some advice on a double-DIN headunit for your G. They have a decent selection and can even build a wiring harness that makes installation much easier.
