AV module modify the files in the HDD
Hello friends ... Half a year ago while trying to change the maps with navigation - From Canada to Europe ... with diagnostics launch and from the system menu of the AV module I deleted everything related to playing music. Now I have no radio, dvd, usb ..I only have a buzz when talking on the phone (bluetooth). I visited all possible service centers in Bulgaria for Infiniti and they were unable to help me. As a result, I started trying to solve the problem myself. I am already at the stage of digging through the files on the HDD (thanks for the info from here). I'm trying to find the file responsible for all the music settings .. I also bought another module only from European infiniti and it goes into safe mode.
Thanks for any ideas.
When trying to upload the configuration for the multimedia with diagnostics launch gives me an error in the installation process. With diagnostic equipment it probably won't happen.

The nav system's hardware and firmware is different between North America and Europe, so you can't change the config from one to the other.
Your best bet it to change the configuration back to what it was.

One thing that I think is worth mentioning, is that the WAV Trigger lets you play up to 14 audio tracks from an SD card AT THE SAME TIME. This is extremely useful and I have not found a suitable alternative that can do the same thing.

AV "Fail Safe" can occur for many reasons- software, hardware, ambient conditions, user error, etc. What are your symptoms?
Here is a photo of the UMAC Amp:
Notice the yellow tape? Those MUST be plugged into the amp for the car to function properly.
Now, what "new unit" did you replace?
