G37 Tesla Screen Black Screen possible short

When I connected the reverse camera harness for my cars aftermarket “tesla screen” I decided that I didn’t need to disconnect the battery. Obviously that wasn’t a good decision😂 Because of that I blew a fuse (audio 15a fuse near battery) and I’m guessing I might have shorted a wire in the harness? I know my car is all good now because I put the old radio in and it is fine, but once putting the tesla screen back in it shows a black screen and keeps the ac in full blast. What would you guys recommend I do to TRY and fix it. All help is appreciated, hopefully I don’t have to spend another $700 on this screen😬

Cardinal rule #1 when working with car electrics: DISCONNECT THE BATTERY! Hopefully, lesson learned.

If the stock system is operating normally after you reinstall it, then the fuses and wiring (car-side) are fine. Sounds like you are not installing that Tesla thing correctly or the vendor may have sent you the wrong harness. I would contact them (good luck) and get some clarity.

Keep in mind that the the two connectors that go to the unified meter amp (white, plastic rectangular box mounted to OEM headunit) DO NOT GET UNPLUGGED to install these damn things. Leave those alone.

did you ever come to find a solution?
Edit: very late update bc I forgot abt this post but on my screen there was a fuse that went out on the back which prolly because I connected the wrong plug simple replacement and it would turned back on
