Anyone recommend an alternative to the AUX Harness Cable for a 2009 Infiniti G37

As you all know, the 2009 G37 uses a really antiquated AUX Harness Cable int he middle console. This has served me well for close to 13 years, but finally I ran into the problem of my iPod Touch running out of room cries. Anyways, I wanted to know if there was an adapter that I could use for a lightning port so I can use a newer version of an iPod Touch? Or does anyone else have any other suggestions for playing audio in this car? I'm getting a bit frustrated here and am at my wits end. Thanks in advance!
