My Subwoofer, Hands Free and FM antenna aren't working. I just bought the car and did some testing. Removed the box that contains the relay cleaned and pulled the 10amp fuse that has the cover over it and then the sub and hands free worked for a while. Not sure whats up. Also checked the power to the antenna amp and it was fine.

 

Based on your symptoms I think you need to check fuse #34 in the "fusible links" box that hangs off your battery.
