Blown fuses and ignition not working

Yes they did. Sent the dongle back and they replaced it for free. Got my tune all situated and after data logging and revisions got the final tune last Tuesday and its running good. Never did figure out what caused the issue in the first place but everything works now.

Im having the same issue the only way I can get it is with the engine on not just the ignition. I sent them my log already and got my tune but when I try programming it, it gives me a Obd timeout error. How do you ask for a replacement since on that item it says no returns/refunds.

Never had an obd timeout error. I told them what was going on and sent a video. They told me to send it back so they could check it out and they ended up sending me a new one. I'd contact z1 and tell them whats going on and see what they say. When you try to tune with just the ignition on are you hitting the start button twice? I was didn't realize that you had to press it twice to get the ignition on when i first tried it.
