G37 radio upgrade

Hello this is my first post so excuse me if I do something wrong. I drive a 2011 g37 sedan non nav, sat radio, no Bluetooth audio, only usb. I have been using a series xm radio Bluetooth adapter, which has worked good for a while. What I want to know is it possible to upgrade my oem radio from the 2011 to something like a 2013 which had Bluetooth audio but also one without nav. I don't really care about nav and I probably would ( if possible) switch the screen, radio unit. Let me know if someone has done this before

What are you trying to accomplish? Music streaming?

To my knowledge, only the NAV models have BT music streaming. Non-NAV models never did. Swapping to a NAV system is not a plug-and-play ordeal. Doable, yes. But to just gain music streaming, it is not worth the expense or hassle IMO. Especially when you already have music streaming via a XM adapter. While it may not be ideal, if it works I'd leave it be.
