Messed up RCA connector

So I have an 08 Infiniti G37S with the Bose premium system. My car has 2 options for playing my music, through the Ipod connector and RCA inputs. I run a RCA to AUX cable which then connects to a bluetooth AUX device. I ran this for about a year but now I get no sound. My bluetooth device works perfect on other cars, I bought new RCA cables and no luck, I connect RCA to my phones directly and no luck either. I am convinced its my cars RCA inputs. Any idea on how to change this up? Is it simply just buying new inputs or how would I go about finding a solution?
Plus, who runs the Ipod Bovee device and is it worth it? Link please?
Thanks!
