Key Fob

Lost one of my fobs. 2012 g37. What is the procedure to replace it? Does it need a computer to program or is there a procedure? Also, how does the pullout key work? Can it be cut from my spare?

Bought a replacement off ebay. Had a local locksmith cut & program. All cool now...

Went to a place for my dads G and my brothers EX, same key as original, works as original, for like $150CAD!
