G37 not starting after GTR ignition switch Swap
Hey fellow Infiniti owners,
I apologize if this is in the wrong section this is my first post.
I recently ordered a GTR oem OEM button from Amazon. I successfully installed the button, the car turns to accessory and the dash lights up, but when I push the clutch in and hold the push start button, the car does not start. I called the dealership and they told me that the button needs to be programmed to the key, and but every video I have watched does not state that as a requirement. Has anyone had this problem and are there any suggestions?
Thanks in Advance.

Double check your work, totally possible a wire was screwed up, or it wasn't clipped in perfectly. Its a tight fit for my hands on that install, and I cracked one of the clips just by looking at it.
Also could be completely unrelated to the install. Someone more knowledgeable on the 6MT will chime in.
I just helped member on this forum do this mod for their 6MT. Double check the connector that hooks to the back of the button. It's a tight squeeze so there's a good chance it isn't 100% seated.
