I have a non-nav 2010 g37x coupe. I'm trying to pair my phone to the bluetooth so I can take calls from the car's audio.
When I press the "call" button on the steering wheel, nothing happens. When I press the hang-up button, nothing happens either.
I can't seem to get the bluetooth menu screen to appear. I've tried disconnecting the car battery and checked my fuses but still haven't fixed the issue. Any ideas?
Here's a link to a video showing what I'm talking about.

Same thing happened to my '08 Coupe- turned out the telephone module (and XM in my case) needed to be replaced. I found a cheap module off eBay and it worked fine until I decided to do the NAV swap. First, I would recommend you run the self-diagnostic for the AV system:
Once you pull the connection status up see if you have the BTHF icon show up. If so, what color is the line connecting the BTHF to the Headunit? In my case neither the BTHF nor the XM icons were there.
