The BT in my 08 isn't all that great. No one can ever hear me and I end up using speakerphone. I have been babied all weekend by a 2018 MB C300 loaner and it's 10 years newer tech.

Any rec's on some aftermarket units or additions I can look into? Streaming audio isn't a concern, I just want to be able to talk on the phone over BT in the car.

For the price that's not bad at all. I would definitely try to conceal it though. Maybe use the sunglass holder or something and route the wire along my V1s.

Have you gone in to have the update to the radio applied? There are a few tech bulletins about bluetooth audio being choppy so you should be able to get that done at a dealership for free.
