Hey guys, I have an 09 g37 journey sport that has no power in the center control unit. The AC is running and blowing cool air, but I have no way of turning it off or adjusting it. No radio control or any display on the system. I took it to a mechanic and he said checked it out and had me order this part:

All that didnt end up fixing the issue and he said "You might have to take it to the dealer to reset"

I'm not sure where to take it, I'm not too knowledgable on how to go about repairing this issue.
All advice is appreciated, TIA.

 

Did you check the fuses? It is very possible that it is something as simple as that.
