2013 gauge cluster in a 08

Im finishing up my 2013 nav swap and I love the way everything works and looks now with touch screen and Bluetooth streaming. I want to know if the the cluster is a direct swap or do I have to take to dealer to have it set after I install?? Been lurking for years now just never post anything

+1 for an update.
I am tired of the flickering LED's in my cluster (worse than the disco ball at 54) and am considering swapping. I do not have the time, or PATIENCE, for soldering those tiny LED's. Should be plug-and-play with exception to mileage, no?

(Melting dashboards, peeling trims, flickering LED's- more "quality" products from that POS company, Calsonic Kansei)

It works fine looks wayyyyy better and but what ever miles the new or used cluster has is what your car will reflect the doner car for me had 35k on it, my car had 75 so now my car is essentially had 35k on it, I swapped the entire interior and engine sooo it’s all good

Thanks for the update. I am actually thinking of going a little bit further with the cluster swap... just have to check a few things. Mileage I'm not too concerned about.

Side note: It also doesn’t matter if it’s a manual or auto it’s yje same cluster and will read the auto gear selections or lack of in a manual

Thanks! I'm covered there, my donor cluster only comes in automatic trim... getting it read the right signals, however...

Thx, again.
