AUX & Bluetooth

Hey everyone, just picked up a 2011 G37x today and i have some questions regarding audio.
I know the car come with bluetooth and a usb connector but when i tried to connect my phone to play some of my own music, i wasnt able to.
Seems like the bluetooth only works for calls and when i connected my iphone to the usb outlet, the car didnt read any of the music.
If anyone knows any info on how to help me with my situation please lmk! looking forward to being part of the community. thanks

if you don't have navigation, you don't have Bluetooth audio.

iPhone to USB should work, unless there's something weird going on with newer IOS software (? - i use Android), or the USB port is just broken.

you could try to put a couple songs on a USB flashdrive and see if they are read - if not, maybe the USB port is borked. if that works, maybe try a device with an older version of IOS to see if something weird is going on with the IOS version ...

you can try Bovee tune2air to stream your phone but the usb needs to be working. another option is using usa spec bluetooth kit. I am using the usa spec bluetooth.
