my dealerships don't have it and they directed me to contact Infiniti which told me to go back to the dealerships. I contacted Clarion directly and they told me that they only ship to dealers.

 

Dealer has to order the disc

There is an issue where iPhone 6 and newer has audio/call streaming issues where it's choppy and gets cut off. The new software fixes that. I still have not fixed the issue, 3 of the Infiniti dealers near me still tell me I need to buy it from Infiniti.

 

Bad news, im also a iphone user and i sprang for that upgrade via the nav dvd's and it didnt fix the issue. sadly there's no fix for this right now. <sigh>

it was a total waste of 170 bucks, as i dont use the nav itself.

 

Nav update has nothing to do with the system. Your dealer needs to flash the latest update. Worst case call infiniti corp

 

incorrect. Its a 5 Dvd set. 4 are maps, 1 is firmware update, in fact the firmware on that dvd is even newer than the one mentioned in the ITB above. i sprang for the money and bought it, as did a few others and it did not help. There's a thread about it in this forum.

the firmware on the map dvd will fix other issues though, like bootloop if you put in a distant destination into your nav.

 

Noticed something similar with the bluetooth phonecalls... Its super choppy and the other end has real trouble hearing me.
​​No iPhone though, I use a Oneplus 5.

Would the dvd fix this?
