Bovee1000? Needs CableJive dockstubz?

Still trying to get Spotify from the iPhone through the ipod adapter in a 2009 g37 with Nav.

Searching on here came up with the Bovee1000:
Amazon Amazon

which does seem to work, but only intermittently.

So from forum searching I'm seeing that it might also need a power adapter to work right, but the CableJive dockstubz:
Amazon Amazon

is discontinued?

So is there another option for the power adapter?

Or should I be using something besides the Bovee1000 ?

I got the Bovee1000 but it does not work on my G37 without a power adapter. Wondering if
Amazon Amazon
would be an alternative to the CableJive.

I'm going to order and try it out. Will let you know how it goes.

I tried the Bovee on my g37 using the cable jive, it did not work for me. I was able to link it but when I tried to stream anything, no audio. Couldn't figure it out so I returned both of them.

My Bovee1000 works pretty good. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it doesn't connect right away when the car is turned on but always connects within a few minutes of driving. I have an '08 coupe with Navigation.

The Bovee1000 doesn't power up for me. Does anyone know of any alternative to the CableJive to power it up? I have the 2009 Sedan without nav.

Any luck? I'm in the same boat. Bovee won't power up. Can't get the cable jive anytime soon. Only option on amazon is $38 and comes from Germany and estimated delivery is between July 5-25.

Too bad it doesn't work with a 2009 G37 with Nav. Same situation with the gromaudio bt-3. All I want to do is stream bluetooth with text display and steering wheel control. Ordered a different 30-pin 12v to 5v adapter off of amazon, but it won't get here until next week. I'll let you all know if it works.

This one:
Amazon Amazon

It doesn't have the micro USB injection that the Cable Jive has, but hopefully this will power up my bovee.

I tried this solution and it works for my 2009 Infiniti G37 with no nav. Only problem is I cant use the steering wheel controls to switch songs as it changes the radio station instead. Also, I the bluetooth disconnects for me whenever I receive a phone call. Have you run into any of these issues?

no problem for me. I have my calls connect to the car Bluetooth. It would pause the music then resume after I end the call. I can't use the steering wheel to advance the songs, I use the **** on the radio to do that.

Just received it. It didn't power up the bovee. Not sure what to do at this point. Wait for a cable jive to come from germany or just return the bovee? I have an 09 G37 with nav, so not really any other options out there other to cough up $450 for the Grom VLine.
