Hi guys.
here's the 411...

Wife's 2009 G37 sedan at times does not kick over. brake pedal is depressed, button pushed, it turns over and dies.
it happens sporadically, very random. Wife needs to write down when it occurs. Dealer says it was the battery.
wrong.

just recently I tried depressing the brake pedal, hard as a rock and start button wouldn't engage at all.
So I REALLY pushed down the brake pedal HARD, the car started, AND, all previous radio stations and seating positions disappeared.

Anyone else have gone through this?

how did you determine that it wasn't the battery? have you checked the contact on the terminals?... the negative terminal on these cars can stretch overtime and contact can become intermittent...try tightening it down
