Non nav 2011 g37x android user

Help! Im sorry for rehashing this subject but I have spent endless hours doing research without a clear answer. I want my android to work flawlessly with my g37x, I would prefer to have all features and apps on my non touchscreen (I need to upgrade that) . I have about $1k to throw at it (obvously prefer less). What is my best option? I really dont want to get the aftermarket screen that goes where the controls currently are, but I'm about to give up and do it....

A tablet in the dash is an option.
You will have to do most of the work to stay under budget.

If you want a mirror of your phone, you will have to swap out the head unit. The kit is ugly and i've heard its buggy. The kit is around $350-$400.

If you haven't torn up your dash with the GROM this is my suggestion. I have a 2012 Non NAV G37 purchased less than 1 month ago. I looked at all of the options and decided that I did not want to lose my SAT or any functions.

Get an Iphone and convert from the Android. It's a lot less hassle and I purchased a mint condition Iphone 6S plus for $325. Works very well with the system.
