the map lights are regular bulbs, not led.

i thought this was caused by a bad battery cell but a new battery didn't solve the issue.

Any ideas?

the only aftermarket component on the car is a remote starter which came with the car. other than that the car is factory.

 

Any other lights give you issues?

Might make sure the bulbs are inserted all the way

 

Both map lights do it. I'll check others tonight.

Flickers
- both front map lights
- both rear dome lights (courtesy or whatever they're called)

Doesn't flicker
- dash
- radio
- clock
- headlights
