head unit for g37 with nav

I'm thinking I'm going to be needing one of these. My Bluetooth has stopped working, and I use it a lot. Does anyone have one of these to sell, or know where I can get one? Any tricks or tips? My car is a 2012 G37 S Bose system with nav (and the music box) Thanks for any help!

I'm sure you've already tried deleting and repairing your device/phone? Have you tried a different device/phone?

If the BT module is bad there are two options from my point of view: one cheaper but more intensive and the other more expensive but less labor intensive.

Replacing the BT module is easy but getting to it is next to impossible. Disassembling the headunit is a royal PITA. The downside here is that there is no way of knowing for sure if the BT module is bad or if something else is wrong with the unit.

pacparts.com sells replacement Clarion parts and the BT module for most Nissan NAV headunits sells for around $40. They would need the Clarion model number off your headunit, NOT the Nissan part number. I've attached a picture of the BT module from my 2013 guinea pig headunit for reference.

If you were to replace the headunit I'd scour eBay. I've bought two headunits, one from a 2014 Q60 for my NAV swap and another from a 2013 that I'm in the process of tinkering with. Most run $200-250 but some are way overpriced and occasionally super deals come along. Replacing the headunit should take less than one hour.

Hope some of this helps. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable with BT can chime in with some more info.
