Everytime I lower the roof the stereo sound cuts out for a second and then comes back on just before the trunk closes. I think it might be a short. Has anyone had this issue?

 

There are 2 audio modes for convertible. When the roof open, it switch to "roof open" audio mode. you notice the sound difference with top up and top down. The sound cut off for about 0.5 seconds when switching modes.

 

Yep, mine does the same thing when the roof goes up or down. Pretty sure that's normal and +1 on what Elco said.
