Disconnecting phone from Aux crashes radio

I wasn't sure, does anyone else have this problem. I have a 2012 g37x with the premium package, so a moon roof and bose premium. I have my Iphone 5s plugged into the AUX and only sometimes when I disconnect it mid-song, it causes the software for my radio to crash. The screen goes black and has all kinds of colored lines running down it and the music doesn't work. After a few minutes, it will automatically reset. Also, I will be listening to music and will use the next button on my steering wheel, but it doesn't work. I then need to pause the song using the play button on the radio dashboard and then press play again.

I've had that happen to me a few times but plugging in my phone through the USB in the center console. I can't replicate it with any consistency though.

I actually meant the same thing, plugging in through the USB in the center conso

Strange, it seems to happen more often when someone calls me while I'm plugged in and I unplug it.
