Can not access Comfort settings

Can not access Comfort settings
Good evening everyone, after owning my 11' since late summer, I've finally got around to joining.
I'm having an issue with settings. When I first got my car I obviously reconfigured all the settings to suit me. After I configured all my Comfort settings, I've noticed the Comfort key was missing from my settings screen a day or two after. I really thought nothing of it until today when I had to replace the battery and the dreadful "Steering/Seat auto adjust on exit/entry" returned.
Tried going into settings to disable it but the option for Comfort settings was literally missing from the screen. Any ideas, fixes, etc? Am I doing something wrong? I had in "On" position as instructed but still not there. Help!

Comfort option missing from setting
I just noticed this issue of the missing comfort option from my settings screen. Any ideas on how to fix this or is there a bigger issue that will make me decided if it's worth it or not
