The Navi screens seem to be a higher resolution than my non navi screen. Is it possible to run one in a non navi equipped car? Just the screen not navigation or anything. Maybe somebody who has done the full swap can tell if the screens hook up the same.

 

Good question, i thought about doing that too. But, i'm thinking the head unit would only output the resolution of the original screen and make the navi screen look even more washed out than the non navi. Maybe someone will chime in who's done it!

 

Anybody? I saw a setup that installed a Magellan screen and GPS but thats like 1500 bucks.

 

So The sonar should appear on the lower part of the frame (where is the car image) but it's not... I also have the beeping sound :/
