Internal Error

I have a 2010 Infinity G37x Sedan with 15K miles. Does anyone know whats wrong with the car when it displays "Internal Error has occurred if the problem persists please contact your infinity dealer" The cars engine runs fine and there are no problem just the message pops up shortly after starting the car. Any input would be appreciated.

I would heed the advice and contact the dealer. Does the message ever go away? Any functions still work? I've never seen this issue before. Interested to learn more about it. Almost sounds like a PC problem wherein the system refuses to boot up. In those cases, it's usually a software / corrupt ROM issue.

The error goes away and no functions seem to be affected. But then again i just bought the car a month ago so i haven't had a chance to play with all the options since my wife is currently driving it. There is no USB stick connected at the moment. The problem first occurred when i went into the record feature on the radio.
