Is it possible to replace the non nav screen in a 2011 G37 Vert with the stock NAV screen from the same year car. I'm just talking about the screen and not the whole nav system.

If so is there also a way to have splice into the A/V to add an auxiliary.

I ask because I got this strange idea that I might be able to swap out the screen for a touch screen and then connect a CAR PC through an auxiliary cable.
