Question 2012 G37 convertible I Phone 6 and Bluetooth

I'm having a hard time trying to get my I phone 6 music to pair with my bluetooth. The phone part (calling and receiving calls) works just fine, but I can't get my music to play through bluetooth like I could with my I phone 5. I've called Apple and they can't help. I've erased my phone and started over, like they suggested, and it's the same. Anyone out there have the same problem?

I can't get my 6+ to properly pair to my '13 Vert either. I talked with Apple on the phone and Nissan on the phone. Both of them told me that the 6+ is not compatible with the '13 model year, for bluetooth audio streaming. I was told that it may work at times and may not work at other times. Basically, from what I was told, the car itself needs a software update in order to make it work properly.

I have a '13 Coupe and an iPhone 6 without any issues. I had the 6 plus for a while as well and also didn't have any pairing/streaming issues. I wouldn't imagine the convertible would have a different system, have you tried wiping out all data on the infotainment system?

Go into the bluetooth settings and then audio settings and select your new phone as an audio device. It won't work otherwise.

I Have the 13' Convertible and the 6 Plus and mine works fine. I did take me a bit of fiddling to remove the old phone and add the new phone as described above but no issues once I got the Bluetooth settings right.

2011 and 6Plus.. no issues here. Just gotta manually add it as a Bluetooth device.
