Info Needed: '09 G37x Rear door speakers full range?
I am going to throw a T112 in the back and get rid of the stock 10" in the rear deck. I was going to patch an LOC to the line out for the sub. However, since I've read that the processor reduces the sub output at higher volumes, I figured I would tap into the rear door output instead as long as it's full range. That way I would have no reduction in volume and wouldn't have to constantly fiddle with the input level control for the new amp/sub every time I wanted to crank things up a bit. So wondering if anyone knows if the rear door outputs are HPF'd or not.
Thanks

Bose system? Catch the signal before it enters the bose amp, by tapping into the b41 harness, wires 23 & 24 (rear L), 25 & 26 (rear R). These will provide a pretty clean signal from your HU to your amp's RCA inputs.
I suppose you mean a Rockford Fosgate T1 12"? What kind of box are you going to put it in?
I am using a kicker amp and I bought the optional bass volume control and I'm glad I did. I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, and a good volume setting for rock will rattle the car and distort with reggae, and not be enough bass for older classic rock, etc.

I've tried listening with the rear seat armrest door open or closed and can't tell much difference.
I'll be custom making a sealed enclosure and amp rack. Should only take away about 8" to 9" of total room behind the seat. I'll place lighted fuse access at the passthrough as well. I should be able to use hurricane T nuts inside the box to mount help mount it to the framework behind the seat, so it should be nice and secure and keep resonation down to maintain efficency. I'll probably have to slice the underside of the spare tire cover so it bends at the front edge of the box. There should still be plenty of room to pull the spare out.
I have a line level control **** that I'll use for the sub. I don't typically like the ones that come with the amps since they are not controlling input, but rather boosting at range (45Hz for the RF amps) which is not what I am after.
