How do I download the address book in my Galaxy4?
I have been trying for awhile to download my Galaxy4 address book into my 2010 G37.
I have no trouble connecting the phone. I read on line that I should delete the phone and reconnect it. At that time there should be a prompt on the screen asking if I want to download the address book. I tried this but didn't see any prompt.
I went into the car's settings/phone. It gives me a message that the download is done and the only button which is the "done" button is highlighted. I hit the done button and there was nothing in the vehicle's address book. Next time I waited a while then hit the done button, still nothing in the address book.
Any help will be appreciated.
