Help! Windows won't automatically go up

So the other day I took the negative terminal off the battery for about 40 minutes. When I re connected it the on screen clock was gone even though the settings menu said it was on (it eventually came back on) but my windows now don't automatically go up.

They go auto down no prob but not up...can someone help?

Thank you! Any help is greatly appreciated

Go in your car right now...

Hit the Start button once so youre able to lower windows and such...

Press both window switches down and HOLD them down for 10 seconds....

Then....Pull both window switches up and HOLD them tugged for 10 seconds...

This will reteach the window its max up and max down thresholds....

Now go ahead and press each window switch once and verify your auto-up/auto-down works properly.

3. Roll up the window completely without clicking the switch all the way through (Auto function).
4. Once up, Hold your switch in the Auto position (one more click) for about 4-5 secs.
5. Test if your auto function is back.

Repeat for all windows

Thank you! At a Dr's appointment right now, but as soon as I get to the parking garage I'm doing it!

Thank you again, I knew there were threads on this before, to tell you the truth...I just had a brain shut down...not just a brain fart, but a complete shut down. I'm not sure if it was because it was so early, but I didn't even try to search for it to be honest...I should have, sorry to start a while new thread on a topic I know I've seen before...but thank you none the less
