Laser radar scanner
Hey I had a quick question, I'm sure a lot of people us those radar scanners and clip them onto their windshield, the other day I saw a video on YouTube of one custom built into an infiniti. It had laser detection in the front grille and inside the car there was a projector that shoots a light onto your mirror that tells u when to slow down and then had a control pad custom built into where the snow option button is? I've never seen that before it looks really good and done some research online nothing comes up. I want to do this but jml audio is the only place I heard of and they are in St. Louis and I live in New England and was hoping to find somewhere closer
The passport escort has a model the 9500ci it's hard wired into the car with a control dial and can be mounted to be seen in your review mirror. It has lazer jammers in the front and back. It's really nice a clean not really on the low side but a really good radar IMO. Hope this helps
Check your local laws before you install anything.
Texas just passed a law in 2013 banning laser jammers.
I was looking into the 9500ci also, until I saw the law passed.
Also, most police won't stop you for going ~10mph over the limit. If you are weaving in and out of traffic and are driving like an idiot, then you will get pulled over.
I have a V1 but I honestly don't speed as much as I used to. 70MPH on the high way is usually fast enough around here. It will vary from highway to highway but 70 is usually fast enough.
