Not a g37 but g35
Just wondering what year the g37 sedan came w/ DVD player? Thinking about buying the part and installing it into my car. Can it work

i guess any model with navi has a dvd "reader" for the map, but nothing that will play movies

I have an 09 sedan base and it has the 3 plugs to play movies. Red Yellow White

Really because when i connect it it says video will resume when car is parked.

If you think a couple different colored component output jacks are a DVD player I don't think I can help you

Most cars with a DVD based navi will play dvds as long as the car is in park. I would imagine the same is true for Infiniti. I haven't tried but every other car I have tried it in it has worked. No connections needed
