Help Grounding Kit

Grounding Kit

I recently bought a new battery and the battery post are a little smaller so I'm unable to attach the BB grounding kit in between the clamp as instructed on the negative terminal or it will come loose. I can however put it on the right side of the bolt along side the other grounding wire.

Does anyone know or think there will be any performance hit from doing it this way due to the connection being not as flushed? See picture below...

If not I may try to fix the clamps instead..

It will not make the slightest bit of difference. As long as you have it connected firmly, your grounding should be the same.
