No it does not and this really bothers me! Pandora only shows the info (id3 tag?) for the first song played during that Pandora session. It's very odd behavior.

no. regular music stored on the phone does not display album art, either, but does show song info.

only shows album art with iPod connected (and i assume, iPhone.)

Since I haven't used Pandora in a while, I can't comment on that, but in contrary to what Landshark stated, I get album art via bluetooth from just playing regular mp3's off my phone. I'm using a galaxy s4. Not sure if the album art is a limitation of the app used to stream the music, but i can tell you that with PowerAmp, I get album art. Haven't tried the factory music player app since I only use PowerAmp, but can do some testing later. My car is a 2012 g37x with nav package. Since Landshark is using an iPhone, this could be an iPhone vs Android thing? idk...

no, im not using an iphone for Bluetooth (but i do have an ipod).

i have an old Moto Droid Bionic that i leave in the car, but i also get no album art with my Galaxy Note 3.

maybe it depends on the app. ???

also, if you are using a rooted Android phone for music, check out Viper4Android - completely fixes the crappy Bose EQ and makes the speakers sound nice and crisp instead of muffled.

ya i saw your one post for tipping some android users on the EQ app. funny cuz my rom actually comes loaded with viper so i never experienced any crappy bluetooth issues. had my phone been stock, i may have encountered that issue, but my bluetooth is crystal clear and the adjusting the EQ in viper is great because it adds to the sound. as soon as i get any phone, the first thing i do is install a custom rom, get rid of the "hidden" system tracking apps and bloatware, a few visual mods for my liking, and obviously root.

i actually also have a custom EQ set in my music app (power amp)... lol between the car and the phone, that's 3 different EQ settings feeding off each other. might be a bad idea, as a true audiophile or someone who understands EQs and sound processors better might have a different idea about that setup. i have a particular EQ curve that i like, so all 3 EQ's are set at the same curve. Makes a "U" shape for me. higher low frequency and higher high frequency, with a medium mid range. it's how i like most of my music.

but ya, maybe try a different app and see if that affects your album art. pretty sure you can try poweramp fully unlocked as a trial period. i would give it a shot. deff my favorite from back in the day and still today. i should try using the stock samsung music player and see if i get album art and report back to you

nope, Poweramp doesn't show album art with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

the graphic EQ is nice for helping with the crappy Bose EQ, though.

I'm an idiot Landshark, LOL. When I tried it on my ride home from work today, I realized it was off of my usb stick that I was able to see album art. You are 100% correct, bluetooth doesn't seem to capture album art at all. It was mp3's off my usb drive that showed them. My mistake. I just didn't recall correctly. Useless to this post LOL

power amp is sweet though lol

well, good to know that a flash drive shows them ... havent tried one of those.

i originally planned to just use an ipod but there's no way around the Bose EQ. the ipod EQ settings dont help much, so i gave up album art for sound quality.
